McDonald's

"I waited for 30 minutes to be told I must have ordered for another store. I explained I ordered in house at the kiosk. They said they didn't have that order number and I pointed to the order board that had my order number displayed. The cashier just walked away and didn't say anything. I waited 10 more minutes for them to come back so I could ask for a refund. She did start to give me a refund without any complaint but right as she went to do it my food came out. I told her if the food was done I was okay to go without a refund. But the food was cold so I think the order was made and set aside before they realized that was the one I was waiting for."

"Every time i come here (I’ve lived in Oxford for 5 years) it magically gets worse. I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten the wrong order, somthing is missing, or I’m spending 30+ minuets waiting on my food. I thought the whole point of fast food was the convenience, but it’s everything but that. I get it you work at McDonald’s and I’m sure it’s not fun but there is little to no respect from the employees the least you could do is be nice while bagging and handing out food. I want to continue to support this location, but i don’t foresee that happening"

"The night shift is very rude won’t take orders at the speaker box she was yelling at the college kids in front of me they drove off because she was rude. I won’t come back here either trash night service. I came from Florida State University and they were way busier and never treated people this bad. Just because these kids are going farther in life then you did working at McDonalds don’t mean you can treat them like trash. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this store and crew."

"The McDonald's on west Jackson Avenue has become the slowest McDonald's that I have found, I have been all over the country, and this McDonald's takes forever to get the food you ordered either in the Drive threw or at the counter, also I have place several orders through the McDonald's app and was given time that it would be ready for pick up, yet every time I came to this McDonald's it has never had my order ready for me, when I get there to pick it up it doesn't matter what time if day it is, something is very wrong with this McDonald's and getting the food out in a timely manner. Also my order has been cold by the time they get it to me even when I am there waiting on it and ordered it either threw the drive threw or at the counter. The owner of this franchise need to do a serious look in to what is going on with their franchise and get the issues fixed. Because if I get someone else's order or my order is wrong like it has been the last four times I have been there I am going to file a log and major complaint to the corporate McDonald's customer service center and request that since so much is wrong with this McDonald's that they need to send someone to investigate this McDonald's and possibly take it over and turn it in to a Corporate Store."
