And the second and third times they were closed an hour early. What is the point of having your hours listed on your store if you are going to close early. I am done attempting to eat here."

"Been coming here since it opened in Oxford. Always had a great experience. But April 24th, I went in to get some ice cream of course. I was slapped with rude comments about what they were out of because I clearly couldn’t see what they did or didn’t have. They had about 3 flavors on the counter with no label. So I ask for Chocolate like I always do. They didn’t have it and she told me I needed to choose a different flavor and rudely pointed at the empty chocolate container. The slab was broke? Maybe. They refused to mix anything in. The slab was obviously icing over like it always does. But it was absolutely nasty. It was so unclean it looked like they hadn’t cleaned it all day. I will go back but not if those same two ladies are there."
