"My family and I left after 30 minutes of waiting on our food. The young girl who waited on us was incredibly rude towards us..I believe her name was Ashley, she had blonde hair, petite body. Very rude to my wife and I obviously had an attitude since she's been there. The food was good, but was very disappointed with the young lady server"

"We arrived at opening (11:04) AM on Sunday 2/25/24 and there were two booths filled with customers and they had their drinks. We ordered our drinks, cheese sticks appetizer, and our wings. After 15 minutes our server came back and said they were out of cheese sticks and asked if we wanted something different. We declined since we expected the food soon after. Not sure why that took so long. After 45 minutes of sitting there with zero orders for ANY table coming out of the kitchen we elected to leave. All of the tables had gotten restless as we had been joking with the tables there before us as they had been waiting even longer. This is the second time in my life I have gotten up from a table before the food arrived. Obviously something was wrong with the kitchen and our toddler was out of patience to wait any longer. We put a $5 tip on the table for our waters and told the hostess why we were leaving. They were apologetic for the delay. Also, the bathroom was very dirty. Since it had just opened I would have expected it to be clean but the sinks were filthy with dried up toilet paper in the sink and lots of scum and had obviously not been cleaned prior to opening."

"10/10 Do not recommend Since 'new ownership' has reopened this BWW, there has been a notable change to the decor and atmosphere. Along with these changes, there has been a nose dive in food quality and service. We have eaten here over 3 times since it was reopened and have had a consistent issue with poor quality of food, both with food being burned or cooked poorly and ridiculous portion sizes. For the increases in prices, the quality of food has also degraded to the point that I would highly recommend eating elsewhere. A new shocker tonight is if you buy an exorbantly overpriced alcoholic beverage and are not done with it in a timely manner at 9 pm, they will take your drink from you and throw it out. I have never, in 20 years of living near Oxford, had someone tell me if I didn't quickly drink my drink, they would take it from me and dump it out. We generally spend well over $100 every time we eat out and if the food is unpalatable and cooked incorrectly, I can't enjoy a drink I paid way too much for, and the server doesn't know what they are doing, we will be dining else where."
