"I love Tacobell but it's gotten very expensive over the years so I only go when I see a good online deal now. The food was ready when I got there and my order was correct. There were several people working in the back but the cashier was sitting at a table and asked me why I was there. I told her I had an online order and she called to the back for them to help me. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience. I just wish the cashier was a little friendlier and helped out the people making food."

"Ordered on the mobile app. Waited in drive thru for 50 minutes, and when I got to the window I was told I had to wait longer because they hadn’t started to make the burrito yet. I had put in the order an hour previously. Employees were standing around and talking, and I waited about 15 minutes longer at the window. Hands down the most poorly managed fast food place I have ever been to. Good food though."
