McAlister's Deli 2605 Jackson Avenue West, Oxford, MS 38655

"RUDE! AWFUL! I have spent so much money at this McAlister's. I love eating McAllister's but today I went by and waited in line for 30 minutes just for the lady to come tell me at the window that I needed to walk inside and wait on my order because they had a big party inside that they were taken care of. As I walked inside I saw the "big party" they were talking about was a party of 20 people. THEY TOOK AN ADDITIONAL10 minutes to get my order gave me the wrong chips and was very rude about changing the chips out. I go to McAlister's for pretty much every meal, but will never go back to this McAlister's EVER again."

"I had a great experience 11/30 around 3:30. I initially thought I’d have time to dine in, but my plans changed. The staff was very friendly helping me box my food to-go. Customer service seems to be becoming more and more rare and it was a refreshing change. And the food was excellent!"

"Only a 2 star because this is the first bad experience I’ve had. Waiting in pickup line for 20 minutes to get a broccoli and cheese with this glob of something I have no clue what was. Clear gelatin like glob in my soup. Also got a sweet tea that has 0 sugar in it. Just overall bad experience. For a person that was looking forward to a quick good meal on lunch break this was bad. Gotta tighten up"

"today I got an orange cranberry club and it was delish!!! I also got a chocolate chip cookie, signature sweet tea;), and mac n cheese!!! Mcallisters is always so so good and the service is always friendly and fast."
