"Brought my 2 furry cats in and asked for a "Lion's Cut" if they could do it. Cat's can be temperamental I know that. But I don't know what kind of lion they were looking at but it was terrible. You can see the cut lines and I know they didn't brush out the chest cause the knotted fur was still there. Never again will I take them there. Cost $70 a cat and it was terrible. Do not recommend them at all. Stay away. These are just a few of the photos. Luckily the hair will grow back. We had to trim them up. Poor things."

"Amazing patience with the pets and good service. Kind ladies work here. Reptile guy from Urban Reptile came over during my pets nail clipping and was verbally aggressive about one of the dogs barking. The dog was just excited and had only just got there and was barking for maybe 10 minutes. The groomer kept her composure and it didn't impede her care for my baby even though it was a stressful incident. Great place to bring your fur baby!"
