"I went to get a braided line for my toilet. From the wall to the bottom of the tank. I also was looking for a bumpers for the toilet seat, as we installed a Bidet and the seat would not lay flat in the front. I was explaning my issue with the seat not laying flat and needed a solution for it. The Ace employee I was speaking to just had this blank look on his face like I was speaking German or something. He made no suggestion or comment to fix it....and it sounded as if he didn't know what a Bidet even was. I've been a long time Ace customer and Ace has always had an answer or solution for me. I have to say this was the saddest Ace I've been to. The cashier was very nice though and the woman that showed me where the plumbing section was helpful."
