If you're working on a home project, and are not sure what your next step should be, there are tons of experienced helpful people eager to advise you in the right direction and steer you away from wasting time and money. I've come to realize, it costs a little extra to keep that much help on stand-by."

"Went to the Ace website and the item I needed was in stock and available. Drove to store and within 10 minutes (driving) the website updated to show unavailable as soon as I walked inside. Asked a employee and she looked it up and it's something that they don't stock at the store. Ace needs to correctly list their items online so people don't have to feel like they're being lied to and have to find the items at other stores and waste time and gas. The stars are for the nice employee, not Ace."

"Wow! I was really impressed with this store. I've lived in the neighborhood for a while now and hadn't given them much thought. I recently went in the other day looking for a new houseplant. I was relieved to see that they have great locally grown plants. The store was especially clean, extremely well organized and easy to navigate. While exploring I found this store fully stocked with a great selection of several price points. They had plenty of knowledgeable staff in the store and all of them seemed genuinely glad to see me shopping there and went out of their way to be sure customers received a friendly invitation to ask questions if needed. The staff made direct eye contact and gave me and others in the store their undivided attention and by that I mean say that the staff wasn't letting people stand around... No one was zipping by saying "someone will be right with you". In all was really impressed and recommend you stop in and give them the opportunity to show you that you are truly valued in their store!"
