"At 7a.m. to make a man choose between setting his food on the floor or garbage can to dig for a receipt is not cool. The guys who ask for receipts do too much, I had to set my paid groceries on a garbage can to dig for a receipt in my 1 bag of groceries with both the guy and security staring at me like they're about to bust a theif meanwhile I'm a paying customer, absolutely laughable and utterly ridiculous, 1 grocery bag the bag was so heavy I was holding it with 2 arms so it wouldn't rip, If you see someone with 1 heavy bag during a time where everything is blocked off besides checkout isles asking them for a receipt has to be the dumbest move on earth, what do you think the cashier was in on it huh? And just didnt ring up my stuff?Come on son. Use your brain. A cart containing unbagged items while self checkouts are open sure ask for the receipt that makes sense, but at 7a.m. to make a man choose between setting his food that he just paid for on the floor or the garbage can to dig for a receipt is not cool."
"Right when you think your store can't sink any lower the not letting people in at 15 till 11:00 is messed up.iget all the way down to the store on Lancaster tonight and the big old tough security guard Said you can't come in here I told you the other day you can't come in here after 10:45 ,I told him that nobody's told me anything about this new rule.they can do whatever they want but for the washed up old security guard and their condescending attitude is why I just stoped spending $800 a month at this joke of a store and hopefully a bunch of other people stop spending money at a place that don't care about the way they treat their customers.this store has quickly became the worst Walmart in Oregon by far on Lancaster drive in Salem Oregon because it's not only the security guards its the staff to the lady wouldn't let me bring up a bag of ice after I already paid for my $100 with the groceries the other night she made me walk or go back around and handicapped so I didn't want to walk but had to go back around get into the long line at 10 or 12 people the whole time she was ringing my other groceries up she was complaining about how she hated working there.bad business. If I do have to stick to a low level again and shop at Walmart it won't be this one here I'll go down to South Salem or something because they are a lot better than this store by far. I've never write reviews about anything good or bad, but this is an exception I hope they get better because it's pretty cl nobody in it's like 15 tell him he won't let nobody in"
"Today at about noon, I came by to pick up some items. Upon walking in, I noticed that not a single one of their 20 something self checkouts were open, and there were lines going down the aisles at the attended stands. I figured the lines would work themselves down as I grabbed what I needed from the back of the store, or possibly their team lead, who was standing there drooling on himself doing absolutely nothing useful, might consider opening a couple of their several self check outs. Unfortunately... I was wrong. By the time I made my round and came back to the front, the lines were even worse, and several people were complaining about the self checkouts being closed with all these lines building up. After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes, and watching several baggers just standing behind the checkers doing absolutely nothing, I finally decided to speak up and say "Why not open a couple self check outs??" followed by a few other people also stating the same thing. Maybe about 5 minutes later, lines not moving at all, they decide to still not open a line of self check outs. Instead some little lady in a blue vest walks up to me and just says "Yeah, you need to shut up. Get out of line and go home." Meanwhile, the employee wearing the team leader badge is just walking back and forth, looking at people standing in line and not putting any effort into his actual job, while this little lady just walks off. My main concern here is why did you guys put who knows how much money into redesigning this store, adding so many self checkouts- just to never have any of them open? Then you actually let your employees go up to your customers, singling one of many complaining out, and telling them to legitimately "shut up and get out of line"? That is incredibly disgusting and rude. I usually love going to this Walmart, but today, the true colors of these employees really showed through. A team lead who doesn't lead, several employees standing around staring into space doing nothing productive at all, and especially having an employee going up to a customer and telling them to shut up and get out of line... Truly disgusted by this entire experience today."
"I absolutely love shopping at Walmart! The layout of the store is fantastic - everything is so well-organized and easy to find. It's like a treasure hunt, but without the stress. The aisles are spacious, and the signage is clear and helpful. I never have to wander around aimlessly searching for what I need. Plus, the staff is always friendly and ready to assist if I have any questions. It's such a relief to shop in a store where I feel comfortable and confident in finding what I need. ⭐ Great job Walmart & employees ⭐"
