"I haven't used Sunshine Pet Services... yet... I had planned to and will but wanted to give Erin 5 stars so far because of her impeccable customer service so far: my x-mas plans fell through so I decided- why not? let's head to Vegas! Completely last minute but had to make sure my guys were all set so contacted Erin to see if she was available to come over and feed them while I was away. Unfortunately I've had a medical issue that I was ignoring prove to not want to be ignored and I need to stay close to home but she was Very responsive and understood that my plans were coming together fast with planning a last minute trip and did everything she could to accommodate me. We didn't actually meet but that she responded to Every email immediately as I was trying to set things up was very helpful and that is really a good sign for me that she is the one that When I do get to go on vacation, she will be the one I will trust to take care of my dear ones. Also- I don't know who designed her website but it is fabulous! Very clear- very comprehensive. Thanks Erin!"
