They gave great instruction for the wiring hook up, which I get it, they can't do because their install crew are not licensed electricians and the liability, etc. It took me 5 minutes to land my existing wires. The quality and craftmanship in the tub, from the exquisite finish to the high quality pumps and controller are well worth the price.
