"The place is rearranged and things are added or slightly different every time we go it seems. The recently added a few birthday party sections with different themes (that can be reserved I think? Might be whomever gets there first, I’m not positive) Super friendly staff, delicious food, and lots of space for kids of pretty much all ages to run around have tons of fun. This is my 5&7 year olds favorite place to go for running and playing ☺️"
"Daughter liked it but it was dirty. One person was staffed to clean, check in, and be in charge of food. Didn't wash her hands between cleaning and handling drink cups and food."
"This was my 3rd time visiting the indoor playground, and this time around was NOT a great experience at all. Today was my son’s 2nd birthday so I wanted him to enjoy himself and have fun. The toddler section was tremendously run over by bigger kids hogging the spinning palm tree, and they were going so fast my son did not stand a chance joining in too. We waited patiently for the kids to finish…but they did not. I noticed a small sign that read “for children 5 and under” hanging above the palm tree, and realized these kids were not about to follow this rule at all. This made me so upset. No one was enforcing the rules and assisting in the toddler section. I had to scold the kids myself to get off and let the little ones play. This was so uncomfortable for me having to address all these kids like some mean lady. Next, the second best thing about the toddler section, the ball pit… was absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. There were barely any balls in it and I could see the bottom floor throughout the whole pit. The very few places that my son and I could play safely were “out of commission” tonight and it was deeply disappointing. I spent $12 to go in and we couldn’t really enjoy ourselves tonight. We tried to play in other parts of the playground but it was meant for bigger kids. My son kept getting run over and I had to pull him out of harms way constantly. I had to call it a night early and leave. I should have spoke to the staff and asked for a refund but I just wanted to go. It made me feel sad for my son, this was his night and his birthday. And his toddler play place was trampled by big kids and not well maintained. I’ll have to try the other indoor playground next time. Lesson learned"
"Music in the bus toy is super loud, prices of food and drinks are a bit high but over all very fun place! They have cute birthday party area. Edited: severely understaffed. Food takes forever, the older kids were in the toddler area and hitting toddlers with the equipment and no employee was able to keep them out or talk to their parents, tables weren’t cleaned ect. The place is starting to fall behind on maintenance (multiple projectors need their filters cleaned and the foam blocks smell so bad)"
"My kids had fun. The toddler area is being kind of rough tho with big kids rough housing in there. Scary with little ones. Besides that the price is kind of spendy for the cleanliness and hygiene. Definitely needs some cleaning done. There’s play houses like this 5 times this size in Europe and they’re not even close to this dirty. Would’ve definitely been closed down in no time. But two stars for my kids having fun. But we all needed a shower after our visit. Can’t be hard to run a vacuum through the spaces or pick up in between. I didn’t even get to take pictures of the seating area that was way gross. We hope for improvements and would consider re reviewing and visiting again."
