"Loretta was an hour and a half late for the appointment. But she gave me a verbal estimate and rough timeline and said she'd get a written estimate to me in a few days. Never heard from her again despite multiple texts, phone calls and emails. The problem was that I had scheduled other yard projects relying on Downs to come through on the pond. Really messed up my yard schedule. They didn't even have the good manners to say, "Sorry but we can't do it.""
