"Need better trained employees working customer service. Lady named Siobhan was clearly annoyed that I asked to pickup money with western union. She gave me a blank receipt and said I need to write down my name address and everything else, that’s not how it works. They usually take your id for verification and ask for the transfer number. She than said she needed a 9 digit transfer number which is incorrect, I told her it’s 10 and she proceeded to argue that it’s 9 digits. They were busy so I just walked out instead of asking for someone who knows what they’re doing."
"For the best prices, make sure you are signed up and using the Albertson’s app. Also look for red tags throughout the store. Oftentimes you can find things for half price by looking for red tags. These can be clearance items, managers specials, and Friday deals. Currently there’s a lot of red tags in the hair products section."
"Update: Great job, Albertsons! Your polite response and friendly man in the produce department earned you another star. Very pricey for the area! I wouldn’t shop here again because the prices are significantly higher for the same products as other groceries in town. I’d have given it 2 stars simply for that, however their staff were friendly and helpful, so I found that refreshing. Also their produce selection was decent, and the store was clean and well stocked. These positives don’t make up for the price issue though, since other stores have polite staff, are clean, and have stocked shelves as well. Honestly, I can’t see why anyone would shop here. There’s no apparent positive discriminating feature to incentivize me to pay more."
