"I was in the carpet department for over 40 minutes with no assistance. Tried to go online and set up a carpet measurement appointment. Got a total runaround online. Called for assistance and got another total run around through two call centers. Then forwarded back back to the store where nobody picked up the phone."

"Our new business, Northwest Industrial Paint LLC, needed a new air compressor. After some research Lowe's had the one we wanted. Only having ever shopped there once before we were very happy to find a large amount of painting supplies at extremely competitive prices! Since starting our new business Lowe's has been our go-to spot!"

"Just left the West 11th store where I spent an hour looking for wood siding shingles, I was told they were down this row then that one, then another. Went to wood desk and asked they sent me down another row where one guy finally said “oh yeah we don’t carry those”. A little more knowledge of what you have and maybe instead of pointing to the location, you could offer to help look for it. One guy just looked on his phone, said what rows to check and just sat there. So disappointed with the customer service, I just left my cart in the middle of the row, went to service desk, voiced my displeasure and then left. Guess I’m “Heading for Jerry’s”"

"I've always had a good experience shopping in-store here. The folks at the register are friendly and for the most part they have what I need. Same or better prices than Home Depot for a nicer experience. Delivery and Install are not good. I ordered a dishwasher a month ago. Between the store, the install services, and the install company it took two weeks to get it delivered. The unit smelled and had water already in it and it broke 3 days later. I've worked in a call center for many years. I'm am polite to whomever I speak to and I try to let them know that understand that its not that person's fault, yet.... I have been back and forth between the install team, installation services, and the store team on more than than a dozen calls so far. I've been told multiple times that they are too busy and I needed to leave a message. Sometimes they call back a day or two later.. sometimes they don't. I've been hung up on 3 times now. I still don't have a status on a new dishwasher. Ill update when I have a solution. Edit: reducing to 1 Star for the response bot. You don’t get to take my poor review and turn it into an advertisement for your services. I paid to have an electrician come out to check the power and he found where the installer had failed to secure the neutral wire. I called Lowe’s Customer Care as their response suggested and they couldn’t help because it was an install issue so more transfers and holds and their install team agreed to ask the installer to refund the cost of the electrician, so that’s a wash. So the tally is: Cost Dishwasher $660 Install and parts: $189 Electrician: $80 (refunded?) Time: 57 days 22 calls 7.5 hours on the phone"

"Lowe's Home Improvement is so much fun during the holidays. The decorations make me smile. It cracks me up to see Halloween Decor right next to Christmas items. Something for everyone to enjoy. The prices are visible and easy to shop. I like that if I need assistance it is available. I love any store that sells Snoopy products and will come every year to see new items"
