"The Hispanic cashier with tattoos on his hands is, I don’t know how else to explain it, but a jerk. Just because you don’t like someone and they’re an Instacart shopper, he rushed through, throwing my items down the checkout stand, and then mixed up two different orders we had to reset everything through the items back down again, and then didn’t even help bag as I was finished bagging he just walked away. Did not Even apologize, he said yeah well I haven’t done this very long, which is a lie grow up."

"Give me just one good reason to shop at any Albertson's (or Safeway) store! So negative an experience every time, finally just gave up and shopped at Winco, Target, Costco, and Market of Choice. First CONFUSING PRICING and then the cashiers pretend not to know that something's on special and sometimes get huffy when you show them the ad in the printed flyer (though now apparently Albertsons discontinued printing the monthly "big buys" flyer. Then this "digital coupon" nonsense discriminates against those of us who do not use smart phones for various reasons. In fact one cashier age-shamed me for not using a smart phone assuming I was too "old" and thereby "techno phobic" and tried strenuously to convince me to start. Nope. Spent the last ten years before retirement tethered and on-call to a smart phone 24/7 but my employer was paying me for the dubious privilege. I'll stick with my non-smart flip thanks very much. WHY NOT JUST PUT ITEMS ON SPECIAL AND DISPENSE WITH THE ISSUE OF THREE DIFFERENT PRICES ON EVERY ITEM - "DIGITAL" or "MEMBER PRICE" or "STANDARD PRICE." Then maybe save actual CUSTOMERS some of their hard-earned money by not paying your IT department hundreds of thousands of dollars to manipulate the shopping "experience" for those customers!"
