"Safeway is a good market. Not great as there are a number of things I will not get from them because of the quality of the items compared to other options. But today, after being stuck in the house because of an ice storm, for 5 days, I was happy to be able to replenish my pantry. I normally would rate Safeway as a 3, kinda meets my expectations. Today they were open and had a decent selection available and were busy stocking shelves."
