"I called all over town looking for the most eco friendly dry cleaning for my coat. I am highly allergic to fragrance and this company assured me multiple times on the phone and in person that do not have fragrance in their dry cleaning process and chemicals. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! I picked up my coat last night and it smells so strongly of perfume fragrance that my eyes started swelling and I had asthma on the way home. I can not even be in the same room with the jacket. I am hoping it is not ruined and there is a way to get the smell out. I do not have another coat and I am highly disappointed. On top of all of that, I was quoted $16 on the phone and charged $35. The hood was full of large balls of hair and lint and there was hair and lint lining all of the seems inside the jacket. I do not like leaving bad reviews as I want everyone to to succeed at their businesses but now my jacket is ruined and I am very displeased. On a positive note, they were very nice people, unfortunately there is a language barrier so I am unsure if they understood my issues. The woman that assured me there was no fragrance however spoke very good English."

"Brought in a wool blanket that needed dry cleaning. Had lint and some dirt stains. When I came to pick it up the first time they said it wasn't ready. Came back a week later and they brought me my wool blanket in plastic folded. I took it out and looked it over and it was in the exact same condition, lint and stains. I asked "don't you get the lint and stains out as a part of your service?" He said "let me try". Brought it back to me 10 minutes later folded again, and I tried to unfold it and he literally was trying to stop me. I said, I'm going to look it over. Then I said "for $51 this is not clean at all". He then said "we don't get spots out, just lint". Clearly they didn't do either. So they are going to charge $51 for folding my blanket and wrapping it in plastic, that's all. Will never go back. Scammers."

"We dropped off my daughters prom dress on Weds evening, and they had it back to us by Friday evening. It looks amazing! When I called them on Weds to ask about cleaning the gown, I explained that the dress had been sprayed by a cat & asked if the odor would come out. They were very up front about it, telling me pros & cons of the different methods to deal with the smell & explaining the potential outcomes... everything from perfection to there may be no way to save the gown. In the end, I was very pleased! The dress looked great and the only odor I could detect was a light smell of the cleaner they used. I was very pleased with the quick turn-around time & how great the dress looked!"
