"Horrible store because of the service that they have I don't know why do they make you put guarante on you're water heater if they not gonna approved it's so stupid they talked to the manager and his decision was NO if we paid the water heater with card and all the history when what time l'l I buy it has to be there!! it's a shame some people who work there don't let me see how uncomfortable they are because they think badly of one or they don't let somebody to make plans at ease and they are the worst some like this woman didn't let me see or make my plans buying the stuff and bring the things I needed because she was there's bothering me, I think that helpers like her don't look good, instead of helping to attract more customers, they scare them away and you don't even want to go back, the truth is that's why they lose customers, that women shouldn't be there uugh!! it was unbearable. HONESTLY THAT'S NOT FAIR IF IS POSSIBLE I WILL DEMAND THIS STORE!!!"
"I make multiple trips to this location every month. Most of the time I find what I’m looking for and for a decent value. Sometimes the isles are cluttered. Understaffing is very evident when looking for help finding something and when checking out. The wonderful employee named Fran has kept this from being a 3 star review. She’s very friendly and focused on customer satisfaction, I always try to find her when I visit."
