"I scheduled a pick up and they didn't show up. No contact from them either. Only one star for this reason. Since haven't tried them before I cannot speak on the other services."
"My experience with Bolt was terrible. I left very specific instructions in my order and even left the instructions written in the clearly labeled bags. I asked for my clothes to be hung dry on hangers. They put over 100 articles of clothing that I asked to be hung dry in the dryer, shrinking and ruining every single one of those pieces. If you truly only want a wash and dry service then they are great. If you need anything beyond that I would go with another company. Not to mention they were hours late in picking up my order. The driver was kind so I feel bad saying something terrible, but I honestly am fuming at the thousands of dollars of ruined clothing. The 5t orange shirt in the back is now the same size now as the 2T sweatshirt."

"Very poor service and not worth the $$ I spent. I was a first time customer. 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time I contacted customer support. 25 minutes of hold time later I find out they will arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Despite paying for canvas laundry bags, they returned my laundry in trash bags. And the laundry was not sorted by any logical way when they returned it."
"I don’t typically leave negative reviews but I couldn’t let this slide. I hate doing laundry and splurged and used this service to do over a months worth of laundry. I sent 4 big trash bags of laundry. They returned 3 small trash bags. 1/4 of my laundry didn’t return to me. I called immediately and was told they returned everything. I called customer service and was told too bad basically. I know what clothes I had and no longer have. It was all my favorite stuff too the cute stuff so that was convenient."
