"Had a great experience with this company when I had my sink and faucets upgraded. However after the merge with Reynolds Electric and the big new building on Chad Drive, their process has changed. Now you have to pay $89 for a "flat rate" estimate, and they have no clue as to what even a simply shower cartridge replacement would be. I will be finding my plumbing services elsewhere from now on."

"Several years after they installed a new water heater I am SO unhappy. I had a larger tank originally but the person who came out told me it was not possible for me to have a similar or even slightly smaller tank because of code regulations. I've since found out that was completely untrue. Now I'm stuck with a too small tank for our situation. They also installed some kind of device on top of the water tank that is generally only used in commercial situations. It mixes the cold with the hot water. It's been nothing but a headache and has required several visits by another company to repair and is now being removed. I feel like I was taken advantage of and as an elder on fixed income my thought is shame on them."

The first technician was pleasant and professional, but was not able to address the thermostat issue on our water heater system. We rescheduled a second visit with Rich, who was very professional and clearly had the experience to determine what needed to be repaired, which he did with expertise. He tested his work when he was finished, then cleaned up, and put things back in order. No one likes to unexpectedly fork out a few hundred bucks for the privilege of flushing the toilet, but we still feel we received our moneys worth given the service we were provided.
