"We asked for a bid from their window replacement service to replace one sliding glass door and two windows. The guy who came out was nice, quick, and seemed to know what he was doing. He immediately provided his estimate - which seemed outrageously high given what I had previously researched about these costs. The next day I had a reputable local company that specializes in window replacement provide a bid for the same work. The windows they specified were of a slightly higher quality than the Home Depot windows. The cost was 1/3rd of the Home Deport bid!! Unbelievable. Mark and Co also bid on doing the whole house - which meant three more windows. Their bid for the whole house was 1/2 of the Home Deport bid for only three windows. Needless to say Home Depot will not be getting my business - and buyers beware!"
