"I was referred here for imaging and the front desk staff was extremely rude. I have private insurance and they treated me like I was crazy when I asked for the cost of services rendered. They told me it would vary from $200-$2000, and that I could take it up with the billing office— which opened 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. After talking to the billing office they stated the maximum (without insurance) would be $600. They get around the No Surprise Act by saying that it isn’t a medical emergency and that my insurance is in network. I was told that I needed a follow up appointment, and when I tried to schedule it over the phone there was a bunch of back and forth saying that they have to wait for Dr. Hacker to authorize it. Dr. Hacker is not my OBGYN, just the doctor who interpreted my scans. The office manager was difficult to deal with when I requested to have my future results interpreted by a different provider; to the point where I ultimately cancelled my appointment. I would not recommend this office."

"I was instructed to call mfm today because they cant reach me by my midwife. Weird because they have my number. i did and the clinic manager said she was trying to call me to reschedule so she can put emergencies in my spot. I told her no because i was just in the emergency room last week for labor and my cervix is changing and wanted it checked. She literally argued with me and said well your midwife who hasnt seen me said it was ok. Since when are you allowed to call people other then me about rescheduling. I will be reporting you. Sorry but emergencies are like same day my appointment is july 5th and your asked people other then me to reschedule nope being reported to bbb, ohp, and ima find out about hippa violations idk if that qualifies. But how dare you risk my baby's life for a " emergency" when obviously its not since its the july 5th. And today is june 29th."

"One of the Genetic counselors named Yael is absolutely amazing. She has went above and beyond to make sure I fully understand test results and her kindness is so genuine. We need more people like her in the medical field. Thank you for all of your help and truly showing that you care for your patients!"

"This office was a joke, the employees were nothing less then rude and confused the whole time. One employee (I can't remember her job title or name at the moment but she goes over family and medical history) was extremely unprofessional and down right rude when speaking to me, she kept referring to my birthmark as "that weird thing on your leg" even after I corrected her numerous times. The doctor prescribed me medication I needed to start immediately it took the staff over 2 weeks to even get the paperwork started, they had no idea I even needed the medication until after I called to see what the hold up was. Then my insurance required a prior authorization and once again the staff seemed completely confused by this and acted as if they had never done it before. It took almost another full week to finally get it done and my insurance to get the paperwork. I chose to continue my pregnancy care in Portland and canceled my next appointment then 2 days before my canceled appointment they called to remind me and seemed shocked and confused as to why I canceled and didn't want to come in, let alone they never canceled my appointment! There are other options out there I suggest not settling."

"What a fantastic team, even from the moment I called to set up an appointment to now receiving follow ups. They worked with our schedule and got us in the next week, our appointment was 2 hours and they were attentive the whole time. They went over every detail of our care, our information and history. We left our appointment feeling knowledgeable, encouraged and with a plan. I appreciate the follow up calls we’ve received and the continued support. I’m happy to have been referred to this team."
