"I get a call my daughter's appt will have to be cx due to insurance issues. Then I give this office my new primary insurance. They then call me back and say I'm inactive on both insurances? I verified through both insurances she is actually covered. The office let's me know either insurance is active and her appt has been cx. Last year she only received one cleaning in May and now the appt is canceled for Feb? Even though my inisuarnace is 100% active? Was supposed to be on an on call list. Never got the call? And now no rescheduling just cx? Definelty sounds like that was an excuse to get her off the books. Thanks Springfield Kids dentist."

"I really used to love taking my kids here, but lately it seems that they are overburdened with too many patients. Something is wrong with my account and it never gets fixed. I get text reminders about a child who I’ve never heard of before, yet do not get them for my own children to remind us of our appointments we have to wait months for. We have been going here for years and the customer service has declined recently. My 10 year old has a painful tooth and they won’t get her in until February! This is after they forgot to make her appointment when the tooth was an initial problem, months ago. Yes I understand it is easier to get them in for exams and cleanings. However, her appointment wasn’t scheduled when it should have been, delaying her treatment even further. They made appointments for my two other kids, but not for her. And she needs it the most! I left a voicemail with my concerns and didn’t get a call back at all. I did get a call for a kid who isn’t mine, though."

"Nightmare business interaction: Has a policy about missed appointments it doesn’t communicate or warn about We break said policy so they cancel our (important) dental appointment, saying they’ll “call back to reschedule” Send a letter instead of plainly saying we’re dropped Says we have 30 days for emergency services so I call to access those services since middle child is in pain Leaves a voicemail, no call back Calls again the next day, “Let me talk to my supervisor, I’m new” Now I’m sitting here nervously eating chips trying to figure out what to do while kid is in pain. Updated after response: I understand a business needing policies but myself and my kids have disabilities that impact our ability to make appointments. If I would have known where we were at for missed appointments I would have been more cautious with how I scheduled. It was the poor communication that was stressful. We did find another dentist, thank you."

"They have canceled appointments not rescheduled, then say they’ll call back to re-schedule there appointment never do they ever call back ….calls says there’s not a appointment scheduled on a day they scheduled ,never answer there phone or reach out on messages left on there voicemail. It is the worse customer service , can’t call them to re-schedule appointment that they called and left a message , have to leave work early to go in to reschedule , they schedule appointments 6 months out then calls 3 months later says they will be closed that day."
