"This practice prescribed preventative antibiotics to my 92 year old grandmother. She contracted a c-diff infection and passed away. I believe the reckless prescription contributed significantly to her death. Stay away from this place."

"I would rather have no teeth. Went in to have a cavity filled after waiting 2 years to start my dental process. Was informed after the cavity was filled I should have had a root canal, instead a procedure was performed that I was informed after the fact had a 75% success rate. Got an infection and couldn't get through to the office so I went to the E.R. Finally get a hold of the office 5 days later and am told they will not prescribe me pain meds, I need a root canal my insurance may not cover and decide to just do an extraction which they put me on a cancelation wait list. So after 2 years of waiting I have had one procedure done which failed and get no help from them for the situation they caused. Will be canceling all future appointments and calling it good. Do not go here!!!!"

"Only go here if you're desperate and have no other choice. I was a patient here for 4 years and for those 4 years they have only had one dentist for the office that either gets sick all the time or takes random vacations, either way I have had appt after appt canceled on me and each time I have to get scheduled out yet again another 6 months and that is not even close to an exaggeration. I had an appt set for today that they cancelled on me this morning because of changes that they made to how they opperate and didn't tell their patients about. So instead of being decent they gave my appt to another patient and wanted to reschedule me out another 6 months once again. On top of all of that the doctor will argue with you about your dental care. I have a cavity that was small and could have been a quick fix. Not the case for him. He insisted I didn't have a cavity when he wasn't even looking at the tooth that I told him had the cavity. He insisted that no there was no cavity and that wahat I was feeling was a curve in my teeth that needed correcting with braces. I've never been told by any dentist ever that I need braces and then there is this guy. Anyway fast-forward a year and guess what, still haven't been able to see him because of cancellations and that cavity he said was just the angle of my teeth... Yeah that CAVITY has gotten bigger and more sensitive. This same doctor had to remove a tooth that had rotted down to the root that I was trying to get in for a filling but I got canceled on 3 different times each being scheduled out another 6 months. They will preech that they are trying to fill more dentist positions for a faster turn around but haven't been able to find one for the entire time that I was a patient (4 years). Can't find another dentist, I wonder why that is? Maybe no one wants to work with them. After my experience with this office I think I understand why they can't find another dentist to work with them."

"What a lovely group of people. I had anxiety coming into the appointment, but quickly felt at ease in such a friendly, caring environment. Everyone was compassionate and eager to educate. The long waits and clerical issues initially had me worried, but this is really a reflection on the state of dental coverage with OHP more than the office itself. I was very pleasantly surprised to have such a rewarding first visit to an OHP eligible practice."

"I would give zero Stars if I could. I have been dealing with extensive dental work and pain since I was 14. I am now 33 and I have had my fair share of dentist appointments with different dentist between Texas and Oregon. I have been made several appointments by this clinic and when I come into the clinic they claim that they don't know who I am or when my appointment is but that I definitely don't have one scheduled for that day even though I have an appointment card in hand. Reading through the reviews I see that this is a common problem which I think is ridiculous if you have office staff. Which they have two. They pulled two teeth on my right side and left me with a broken jaw. They did not send me to anyone else to fix my job and the person that they told me I needed to go to for further Dental Care is booked out 7 months. I have half of a tooth hanging in my head that was supposed to be pulled out but they couldn't do it and they also left me with my broken job I haven't been able to eat solid food and several months and I am in extreme pain. Every time I call and leave a message or call and speak to staff they either put me on hold or never return my calls. I am extremely upset! I am halfway through pulling teeth so that I can get a partial put in the top. This is something that is hard to transfer to another dentist. But I would rather go anywhere else than stay with these people. As they do not care about health of their patients at all!"
