"Great studio for challenging classes and a great fitness community!!! There's a variety of types of classes from weight lifting focused to cardio and even now Boxing and Yoga! All of the instructors are AMAZING! They're super present and helpful in holding you accountable but also providing modifications when needed. No matter your fitness level, there's space for you to succeed here with whatever your goals are. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful Lone Fir has been. Not only have I seen results and gotten stronger but also after moving to Portland this summer, I really feel like it's given me a great sense of community. Truly the instructors and members really make this a special place."
