"Amazing people, Amazing customer support! Heather took such great care of our youngest after her newly purchased (from a reptile show) tortoise passed away. She talked with her about different reasons a young tortoise might not live very long and let her sit and hold some of the other animals she had in the store at the time. Once my daughter found a tortoise that she connected with Heather marked it with chalk and said it's yours when you are ready! A few days later we came back and picked it up. They showed us how to set up a good natural environment and how to maintain it. Heather gave my daughter the confidence to take in another tortoise and he/she is doing great (we are still not sure).
