She was so rude and unhelpful - eye rolled the whole time while I was talking with her. Would only help me if I had the receipt. I asked for a manger and received a customer service phone number. Not sure I’ll be a long time Swarofski customer, but I will NEVER shop this store again. I understand that help is hard to find these days but leave the rude abrasive attitude behind. Customer service sent me a 200 dollar gift card to make up for her bad attitude."

"Part of my birthday celebration was to be new earings from Swarovski from the outlet store in Woodburn. The sales people ignored us and instead, focused on a young Asian woman who walked in 5 minutes after we arrived. They asked what she was looking for, showed her items and had her try things on. When she left without buying, the sales people continued to ignore me and my friend. Another woman walked in and was also ignored. When I asked for help, I was told the price and the sales girl walked away. I asked another question and she ignored me. When I repeated the question she said, oh, were you talking to me? I was so insulted, we left without buying anything. Clearly these sales people have no idea how to treat customers. I won't be back and I will advise my friends of my experience."
