"I recently went shopping today (memorial day) with my daughter's, and we had a bad experience. We shopped all day and pacsun was our last stop. We entered the store and my daughter's were looking for some tops, there was a white girl working there who kept looking at us and we thought it was a bit weird but we left it alone. We were carrying a tote bag with us because we tend to use them and the state says that we can carry our own bags with us, we also do not like getting paper/plastic bags. She was attending the dressing room area but she came to where we were without saying anything. If there were a policy or sign where the store does not allow big bags, or backpacks we would have understood and I would have waited outside the store while my daughter's shopped and continued looking for clothes, but she did not say anything and continued to stare and keep close to us. After a couple of minutes, maybe 10-15 security came, she was talking to them and continued to look at us, we did not leave the store because we were shopping, and although it did not mean that they were targeting us, we felt that it was racist because although other people had bags she did not approach nor did she stare at them. We will not continue to shop here due to the fact that we felt uncomfortable. I hope for people to not feel like this while shopping or going out. Thank you."

"So Im from washington and we went to this mall in oregon, I bought shoes from this place, but when I got back home I noticed that the security ink tag was still on it, and when i found a way to take it out. I noticed that they gave me both shoes that are only for the right foot, which makes me upset because first they didnt take out the tag and now both shoe are for the right."

"Bad selection of clothing. Most things seemed like stuff you can wear in the summer. Hoodies were cute but cropped.. store seemed like a depressing atmosphere. Dark, and there’s a leak in the roof they had a bucket on the floor for. No one greeted me or asked if needed any help. Employees just stood at the register talking to each other. Their main things in there besides summer stuff were Land Rover clothing and play boy bunny. Pac sun just isn’t what it used to be. Oh and the playboy stuff is all excluded from the sale they were having."

"I had to share my experience with this store because it seems like it has gotten a bad rap. This afternoon (2/9/2022) I visited the woodburn location to do an online return for some merchandise that didn’t work out. I was immediately greeted by a friendly sales representative. The person was polite and professional and got me in and out super fast which I appreciated. I was coming from Salem so, I wanted to get back on the road before traffic picked up. The store itself had an nice layout and wasn’t super crowded. The sales representative was super nice my entire experience and the store appeared clean. The entire interaction went smoothly. And made my day more positive and productive. This location seemed to have some good merchandise just by glancing around. I could see myself shopping here in the future and, I recommend this location. As with anything during the pandemic it’s best to shop earlier in the day if you can. Bless it be."
