"Went into the store to do a return and they held my shoes. I had no problem with that since I thought it’s policy. but then later after I was trying to see what shoes I wanted they kept trying to rush us as if we were going to steal I work at a retail store as well so I know when managers think people want to steal. They closed the door and until after manager saw we paid, after that she opened it up to everyone. I felt very upset knowing I wasted up to 300 in there . Will most likely never return here. Be aware if you are a person of color you will most likely be profiled here."

"Management is horrible. I never felt such discrimination and racism from a manager before. I believe her name is Vicky? But honestly such a hostile work environment and not welcoming. All I wanted was to get my mom a gift for her birthday, but she told other workers to keep an eye on me when I was looking around. Also mocked my accent and other workers laughed. Never felt so humiliated in my life. If you're a poc, I don't recommend this store. Better off going to coach or mk."

"I went into Tory with my fiancée looking for a gift for her. We tried asking for something from the back and one of the managers went to go look but ended up forgetting about us. When I asked again, they didn’t even apologize and ended up bringing me the wrong item. On top of that they were very disrespectful. Never going back to this store again until management is able to fix this issue."

"Sales people were extremely rude. The store was not busy at all and there were more sales people than customers. However, they would rather having fun chatting than helping customers. Be prepared to spend 1.5 hr there to buy a few items because they couldn’t help you unlit they finish their chatting and gossiping."

"I LOVE Tory Burch, the Florence Outlet is amazing, lady In the Oregon outlet that I dealt with didn’t seem to like her job though, which made it hard to enjoy shopping there"
