"Visited the outlets and had a great experience in all stores except this. I had previously been to the outlets and visited the Guess store in 2019. All I could remember was that the staff were very rude but since it was 4 years ago I thought I would try again. Unfortunately, it is still the same, we hadn't even got through the door before a very rude employee started to give us orders on what to do with our stroller. We just turned around and left. Reading through the comments it seems a pretty common occurrence, and nothing has been done to resolve it by Guess."
"Service was poor the cashier had stated I need to see ID there had been several credit card thief’s to this store. I asked what he meant he said I need to make sure you aren’t a thief. I just shook my head and gave him my ID. This however was Very unprofessional and inappropriate."
"Wow this store has the most unfriendly and lazy employees. They lock all the fitting rooms and if you ask to them something on they look at you like your crazy and tell you they don’t allow you to try in any clothes. Also if they don’t fit you can’t get a refund if they think you’ve tried it on. Huh? How the heck are you supposed to buy clothes or check if they fit without trying them on? The employees are just horrible."
"I went to the store today because I was excited to try on a jacket that I saw through the window display. Upon entry, no welcome. Whatever, no problem. Three employees were on staff. No one offered to help find anything at all after I went around the store 4 times. Finally, I asked one of them to try and find that jacket. Her response was an adamant I don’t have it and I can’t grab that one for you. No other alternatives. After watching and listening for a minute, I noticed her addressing others in the same altive and authoritarian manner. Must be the manager. Still interested in the jacket, I asked if there was any other alternatives. She said “yes, buy it online.” Left it at that again. NO HELP! I had to press on until she unkindly bossed one of the guys to get the information and check. When he did, I said thank you and to please check the size on it. He came back, checked on the computer and said it was sold out online as well. He told me the size was a Medium. I said I’d buy it since it’s my size. He said he couldn’t. I asked the manager as well. She shut me down quickly with the same potently short tone. I asked if I could come and buy it once they would change out the window contents. She said yes but no follow up to how. I was willing to pay for it and pick up later. Shut down again! This time she blamed corporate policy for not selling me the jacket. No option for follow up. No empathy either. Just a willingly paying customer trying to find space for some customer service or at least some competent attention. Finally, I asked for the picture. She ordered at the guy to come over - once again I added a kind “please” to the end of her bark toward the fellow employee and at least I managed to get the barcode for the jacket from him. I like holding the Guess brand in high esteem and fashionable regard from their products but the service from the gal and the subservient restrain I felt from the entry level employees left much to desire. I hope I can return and find a different experience at a different time but TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE altogether. Corporate Guess, even though she says it’s your fault - I am still willing to buy the jacket! Please get back to me :)"
"Do not go to this Guess store. Absolutely terrible shopping experience. Worst employees I have ever seen in a Guess store. They all look at you like you don't belong even if you are wearing the brand. You can't even try on anything they have the clearance blocked off and the fitting room the only store in the whole complex that is doing that. You'll be better off paying extra online then wasting your time in the store. Hope they replace the workers and fix that. And for someone who has been wearing Guess for years now I'm quite disappointed with these people. Upper management needs to step in..."
