"Sensei Spencer is patient, knowledgable and truly cares about his students. Coming from a taekwondo background, I am a beginner in Hapkido and I always feel support and encouragment from Sensei as well as the other students. It's a very positive environment! In addition to training in Hapkido, I also take the kickboxing classes, KickFit, to get some extra cardio. The classes are a great workout for anyone who may not be ready to commit to martial arts but wants to feel strong and learn some basic techniques OR it's great as an added workout to your current training. It's perfect for any level from beginner to advanced as all the movements can be modified. If you are considering martial arts training or kickboxing, just give them a call and give it a try.
