"I swear, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to come in this store, I cringe. There are about 3-4 guys that work here...... AND I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY. They do not greet you, no matter your question... They don't know. They just kinda stand there, blinking, staring.... Like is anyone home? Do yourself a favor and go to s different one. Smh"
"It's in a weird spot but I was happy to find the thing I wanted was on sale when checking out"
"I like where this place is located. But they consistently haven't been open at posted times. Which is pretty lame when you drive for no reason"
"Let me paint a picture for you. I walk into the store. There are four employees standing there(all under 30 years, maybe less), I am there with my husband and his father. Not one of them greets us or asks if there is anything they can do to help, not even an eye blink . I have to ask them where the shoes are of which there is a woman's section, but I don't know wether I'm supposed to stare at them until a pair miraculously jumps off the wall onto my foot, or just start jamming my feet into them like Cinderella's stepsisters until I find the right size. I finally go over the the register area where they are all hanging about doing nothing that I perceived as work unless standing mutely with a glazed over face is paid employment. I asked if somebody could please help me, which causes them all to play tag with their eyes until one young guy is tagged it and almost reluctantly says he will help me. I ask him how I try on the shoe I like and was told I should just find it in the isles or the wall (as if this is obvious common knowledge) he then disappears while I look down and notice a foot measure thingy I recognize from my childhood . Those days the clerk would actually measure your foot FOR you then pull the sizes you needed. Rather then me pulling teeth trying to get some assistance. Granted the clerk was polite enough, but just didn't really go out of his way to help and only offered information or assistance when asked. Finally my husband measures my feet and helps me pull the right shoes. I decide on a pair because I do want to say the prices where very reasonable. Again I had to ask someone to help me when I was done and saw my first sign of happy energy when it was time to pay. Call me old fashioned but I was taught when getting paid, there is always something to do. A total of four employees standing around seems not only unfair to the employer but definitely soured me. Wake up kids, crack a smile, and clean a shelf or something!"
"I needed a specific thing in a hurry. The staff took me to the item, answered questions about the options promptly. Not only were they friendly and helpful, they even walked the item out to my car for me! I didn't have a chance to look through the whole store, but they appeared to have a good variety of items, organized attractively in a nice and clean store. Will definitely go back!"
