He checked online, in the storeroom, multiple locations on the sales floor, and he even enlisted the help of coworkers. They searched three enormous bins. Kyle and his associates definitely went above and beyond to help me. Outstanding customer service!"

"Good location, good selection, but taking a star off because the employees here have never been friendly. No smiles, no greeting... maybe they're under poor management. Would love to see that improved because it makes a huge difference to whether I frequent a place or not. They didn't seem to have a lot of shoe stock, but they clothing selection is great."

"I went here on 10/30/22, to buy shoes, socks, and other gear for myself. When I got the to shoe section, the employee greeted two other customers, and asked them if there was anything that he could help them find. I was standing within 15 feet of this same employee and I was looking in his direction multiple times standing in the section for about 10 minutes seeing if he was going to provide the same customer service he just provided to the other two customers, and he didn’t approach me once, I was looking in his direction holding a shoe, looking at shoes and making it quite obvious that I needed help, and he looked at me and then went back to looking at his phone, and leaning against a shoe rack looking at his phone again, completely ignoring me. A few minutes later my elderly mother went to go look at shoes as well. She told me he did the same thing to her. I notified an employee at the front of the store and stated that it did not make me feel good to be ignored, and in fact made me feel like not even spending my money at your store. You shouldn’t ignore your customers, because they are the reason that you are working. I really liked this store up until today. I’ve bought 2 kayaks here and other apparel in the past because it’s less busy and the employees are generally nice and more available than other locations. To the store manager: I really hope you read these reviews and take them seriously."
