"My wife went in to Women's Care clinic at Riverbend today and the people in the office were extremely rude to her and treated like a second class citizen.They tried to collect a deposit that we were not informed of. She tried to pay them half and then half next week because we did not have the money at the moment. The doctor flat out refused and did not see her. I believe they only care about the money and not the patients. We are insured by an insurance they take at the office by the way. I will never send anyone to that office and I will make sure everybody knows how greedy they are."

"Dr Green was (unfortunately) the doctor on call when I went in to labor. Our birth plan was very clear - essentially, hands off unless medically necessary - and this was our 3rd child (all low risk, completely natural deliveries). We had to debate and argue with Dr Green about everything (vaginal exams, cutting of cord, pulling on baby's head, tugging on placenta, etc). And despite repeatedly declining several unnecessary medical procedures (and without permission), he proceeded to do them anyway. I have never felt more disrespected in my whole life. This birth left so much to be desired; I have very negative memories about it and have had long term physical issues because of some of the things that he chose to do (even though we told him "no"). If you happen to have the unfortunate experience of having Dr Green deliver your baby, I would suggest requesting another doctor or going home to deliver your baby. It would be safer than having him assault you, substantially less stressful and much less expensive. Oh yes, and the bill. My entire labor start to finish was less than 4 hours. We were at the hospital for about an hour and a half before the baby was born and Dr Green was present for approximately 10 minutes of that 1.5 hours.. Our bill for just the doctor? More than $3000 What a joke!"
