"Bad experience...be aware in this place...I buy a used game for my kids and the Chinese lady charge for a warranty for "scratches" without authorization for a used game .. I buy bundle of games couple day ago in offer up and notice after have the same game...so 2 hours after the purchase return the game in the same condition never open or touch and the same Chinese lady just return the price of the game and just say they can refund warranty charge so I was confused because she charge that warranty for scratches and was less 2 hours from the transaction...is the first time they charge me in game stop for warranty for used game without before ask..just in this location.. be careful with the staff in this location.."

"I used to love popping in here and picking up a new game, but the last two times I went in, I left empty handed. The NEW games look absolutely horribly beat up-dented, scratched, etc. Prices are incorrect and mislabeled and the staff accused us of swapping price stickers...even though the game title is on the price sticker. We once cancelled a transaction as the associate absolutely destroyed the cover of a game trying to remove the price stickers (even though we didn't ask her to?) and they were so incredibly rude about it. Not returning until this store turns it around. Target and Walmart are nearby, so no reason to waste your time here."

"A nice selection of games and accessories for all of your consoles. GameStop always seems to have the popular titles in stock which is great when you are trying to compete in online battles with family or friends. The used game selection is also pretty good, and pricing of used games is fantastic."

"Really shady. I got a new gaming system there while they had the promotion to save $25 if you spend over $250. The girl helping me tried to tell me that the pro membership was free that day. She then turned the signature pad around and excepted everything. It wasn’t until I asked if the membership was free because of the $25 discount, which she reluctantly agreed. You cannot say something is free when it is not, it is extremely unethical."

"Google and GameStop website both say that they open at 10am on Saturdays but when I got there doors were still locked. The sign on the front door says 11am so why can’t they let Google or their own company know the correct hours? Probably my last time going here as the experience just keeps getting worse."
