"Stopped in to the Ray's Food Place in Phoenix, Oregon. Kelly (Manager?) and a younger gentleman cashier assisted me. Their customer service was deserves 5 stars. Outstanding employees! They saved me time, and money. I am grateful for my local Ray's Food Place in Phoenix!"
"I WENT TO DELI AND WAS RUDELY TREATED BY KELLIE SHE GOT ANNOYED WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP"
"I'm all about supporting small business and shopping local etc... But even in California I never went into a store that had prices so greedily priced and almost designed to make you feel punished for grocery shopping there.. They have little to no specials and the things they put on special barely make items the same normal pricing at Albertsons Safeway etc You can leave Fred Meyer and other stores in the larger corporate scale and still not feel like you had to bend down and grab your ankles or sacrifice greatly to get some macaroni and cheese and some canned vegetables.. And to be honest they're all over Southern Oregon so I would find it hard to believe that because they're a smaller scale grocery store they're not able to buy their products in a bulk amount which allows them to cut the same deals They clearly mark everything up to $3 more than any other store I've been to and it's absurd their selection is garbage with that in mind if you're going to charge me highway robbery prices for average items then you should have a bigger selection of mediocre product"
"Today I started to go shopping and when I walked through the door of rays in Phoenix, It seemed so completely unfriendly. With crickets in the store and nobody shopping They had crowded the door with signs making the experience of entering the store so negative I just left. Maybe that's what they're looking for? I mean look at this picture if you don't wear a mask it pretty much says you're not welcome so I guess I'm changing my review that I made years ago. But I will leave it below so raise management can remember what a good review looked like. It's one thing to put up the signs It's another thing to actually love it so much that people don't feel welcome shopping with you. Get a clue Rays. High prices, overworked employees AND Gestapo entrances??? OLD REVIEW: Happy to have this local grocery store. Clean has most of the stuff we need. Very convenient."
"This is a fine, run-of-the-mill neighborhood grocery store. It is medium-sized and has the type of products that you would expect. The prices through seem to be higher than similar area stores. The employees are thankfully more helpful than those at some of their competitors."
