"The service here was impressive! Cody helped me to upgrade my iPhone. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. He also explained the process well. During the upgrade, Cody discovered a very bizarre problem related to the esim of the new phone -- one that he had never experienced in his 6 years with T-Mobile, nor had anyone else at the store. He had to contact back-end T-Mobile support to fix the problem. We were in a time crunch, and I figured this would take hours to fix. However, Cody worked with the support folks and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes! He also cleaned my old phone case and put it on the new phone for me. We were in and out of T-Mobile in record time! Cody really knows his stuff! We will be back (and will ask for Cody)."

"5G is wonderful. Disconnecting every couple hours for 3 months not so much. Lots of very apologetic phone calls but never solved the problem from late October to present (end of January). Trying the new router, fingers crossed. Tech support kept talking about tower issues."

"Fast, efficient, friendly. The store is clean and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. Very happy with my visit. Update: this store either has a training issue or an honesty issue. I was promised 2 unlimited lines, hulu, and insurance for $94 per month, total. Truth is, the insurance is an extra $39 per month and my lines don't qualify for hulu. What a disappointment!"

"So signed in....no one has even welcomed me yet...its been 20 minutes. I made an appointment and still haven't been acknowledged yet. Yet there are 5 guys just spending time talking to each other and not doing squat. They aren't talking to customers or doing orders or anything they are just standing there. There are names on the board and they dont even move. They said hi to the cute young girl with her dad...not even acknowledging the father just creepily staring at the cute young blonde. Sucks that I have to put up with this just get my phone fixed. ****So after they finally waited on me I found the gentlemen helpful and knowledgeable. Changed from 1 star to 3 because of agent."
