We (my husband) started doing our own maintenance work after a couple of bike shops returned our bikes in pretty much the same condition we left them in for a tune up left us like, “Dude bro, did you even do anything to my bike??”That alone is value added service! It got him up close and personal with my bike, he was able to adjust a few things, with two new shifter cables and chain it runs like a champ. He also has a 30 day check up guarantee, so I took it back in for a 5 minute adjustment, easy peezy lemon squeezy!"

"I wish I could leave a higher review of this place, but the experience I had was just not good. I bring my bike in for a routine tune-up, and the mechanic says there's a one week turn-around time. I don't hear from him for a week and a half, so I give him a call, and he says he hasn't started on my bike and he'll get it done the next day and call me. I don't hear from him for another week, so I walk into the store, and he has no memory of me or which bike is mine. He comments on how long the bike has waiting in his shop untouched. I then get a call two days later saying that the bike is finally ready. In other words, he took almost three weeks to do a tune-up that he said would only take a week. The price was much higher than I normally pay for a tune-up. I was hoping he would offer a discount for having to wait for so long, or even just an apology, but he didn't seem to acknowledge it. The work he did on my bike was good, which is why I gave him two stars instead of one. In summary, the mechanic was unprofessional, the price was high, and the job took 3x longer than he told me it would."
