"I called to get advice on what sawyer oar blade I should chose for a new rower, and the person who answered would not help. Looks like the make great products, but whoever is fielding phone calls could use some sales training. I will now take my money to a different brand. Sorry, Sawyer! ***Edit to owner response*** I'd be happy to change my review if you'd like to extend this service and help my way. It's just not what I received when I called. :). "We help customers make the best decision possible based on insightful questions and answers, and participation in a discussion that may take on-water research and use""
"Best bang for your buck when you shop oregon! These oars are worth their weight in gold! Good job crew, nailed it!"
"Quick shipping and accurate website. Thanks for getting my family on the river this summer!"
"Beau is a good guy, and he knows his stuff. He's a hard-core rafter himself. Beau also used to manage the service and repair shop at Sotar. Sawyer Station carries a wide assortment of rafting equipment from top-brand manufacturers like Willie's, Down River, NRS, and AIRE, plus they have a huge selection of Sawyer oars. My only complaint is that they charge top-dollar for their equipment, so expect to pay full retail price for their stuff. You're paying for the convenience. You can buy rafting equipment cheaper elsewhere if you shop."
"Great store for a beginning rafter like me. Beau was really helpful selling me things I needed without trying to sell things I don't need to get started right. Answered every Newbie question I had without making me feel like I was wasting his time. He was stoked to help get me on the water. Excellent customer service isn't dead, it lives in Gold Hill Oregon."
