I am aware that it is old, however that does not mean that it is bad I sent pictures and descriptions, the sales manager I was dealing with lacked customer service skills, communication and in my opinion professionalism. He answered in brief incomplete sentences, didn’t even say “Hello thanks for you inquiry. Etc”. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere."
"At 75 , We have owned boats our whole life , including a Thunderjet from Coos bay Marine that we loved.. Drove 3 hrs to Mel’s Marine to buy a Bass boat, referred by Tracker boats and it was one of the worst experiences in our life’s. Rude and condescending because of our looks.. Abusive to older folks like us. We are both disabled professionals. However Kelly the finance manager was the only Ray of Sunshine in the whole place."
"I bought a 350.00 used exhaust manifold for a 30 year old boat. They SEAMED fair. But, I didn't feel "WELCOMED". I won't be back to buy a new boat, that's for sure. I wasn't able to ask further questions. Maybe it was a bad day?"
