"Customer service training would benefit the employees. I bought a shirt here and went all the way home - over an hour away - and right before I was going to give it to the person I realized the security tag was not removed when I purchased it. I drove back to the store two days later with the shirt and receipt and explained what happened to the young lady working there. I told her how long of a drive it was for me to resolve their error. She simply replied, "Oh okay". When I replied to her comment, it only resulted in a sarcastic reply. So...needless to say, this is not a place I want to shop at again - employees have as much empathy as a pile of bricks and their security tags are just as effective. Heads up...These are things I would look into if I was the manager."

"I've always been apprehensive to shop in the "teeny bopper" stores like i thought The Buckle was. But, i took the advice of a group of ladies i trust and headed in there to treat myself to good jeans. When i walked in, i was greeted by Jacqueline. I explained that I'd recently lost 30# and needed new jeans. She said,"i love that!" And went to work! She helped me try over 10 pairs of jeans until we found the perfect fit but they were too long. Just when I thought Jacqueline's service couldn't get any better, she told me about hemming service!! Suffice it to say I am no longer apprehensive about going the the Buckle! In fact, i recommend it!"
"The staff was so kind and helpful!! They helped my daughter so much to find the perfect outfits. My husband enjoyed the store so much after we left mentioned how he was going back!"
