"One of the better H&Ms I’ve shopped at and now have the pleasure of living 5 minutes from! I’ve lived in Portland, Vegas and Hawaii and this has to be one of the best H&M stores I’ve been to in terms of assortment and styles. Considering several H&M stores have sparse or even downsized men’s sections this particular store at Valley River never fails to bring in a large variety of outwear, tees, hoodies and shirts many of which are either not yet available online or in-store only; not a surprise as I believe this is a ‘test store’ where they sell their newest pieces before they become widely available. Now albeit this is a great store, there are some things that they could do better including attentiveness of staff (willingness to help customers), and perhaps bring in a larger variety of pants/denim fits instead of just slims and skinny’s. As for the staff in general though once you get their attention they are often very helpful, kind and I’ve had several go out of their way to check for items for me which is always nice considering I shop here/online so often."

"Dropped by H&M yesterday to pick up some work trousers. I was very impressed at how tidy the racks were and was easily able to locate and try on what I was looking for. My cashier was Matthew, an upbeat person who quickly got me rung up and on my way!"

"Xmas is crazy busy we understand, sooo I was in this store and they had extra racks that were just laying around in front of the baby clothes and my pregnant wife all she wanted to do was see the infant baby clothes and they had to be four or five big racks of clothes that were blocking them in the back of the store where they were located because of moving around probably and trying to get things situated but this was at lunch so you expect for everything to be decently and put away but as we said it's Christmas we understand but I had a young gentleman that worked for the store and I hate that I don't know his name but he went beyond his duty and moved all of the racks but I said he did his job because he had his eye open and he was looking for the problem he was looking for a solution and he saw the problem which had me thinking I should leave a review that's not worthy of this one. I just want to say thank you to that young guy I wish I knew his name but he saved the store a few customers today especially having a baby do in 2 days with a wife that wanted to get out just to find baby outfits for Christmas good job my man"

"So, the signs that are posted are actually only the minimum price that an item on the rack can be. See the fine print? Yeah, me neither. I think this is a rotten marketing technique and I am quite happy to give my business to other stores who aren't trying to trick me. Thanks anyway H&M. It was my first trip to your store and it was Not a pleasant experience. I did give it two stars for cleanliness, the store is attractive in the layout, the racks are not too close together and there is a large selection of attractive clothing."
