"Veronica was a wonderful cashier/associate!!! Kindness can go a long way (in just about every situation) and really matters. She was super nice and helped me with a confusing return/purchase. I have had really bad experiences at Valley River Center AE store in the past. AE needs more Veronica's or have her train other AE employees. She made me decide to return to the store after i was considering not coming back because of a prior bad experience at this store."
"I had a HORRIBLE experience with a lady name "Nic" Nichole!!!! She refused a return with receipt snd tags attached. I had to online "chat" with AE so they could have me advise her how to do her job. Eventually with guidance and much resistance she did completed the return. Not very professional and quite rude. Overall disappointed!"
"I have been a customer for years this is the main place I shop. Went and bought some jeans about a month ago and did the bogo deal because ALL JEANS were buy one get one half off. The jeans I bought were to big so I went in to simply exchange them for a different pair.. to my surprise they wouldn’t do an even exchange except for the fact they were 10$ more so I knew I would obviously have to pay that. To my surprise they wouldn’t honor the same deal even though I was just exchanging they said the jeans I wanted weren’t apart of that deal because today it wasn’t all jeans it was select jeans.. won’t be going there anymore I’ve never had them not honor the deal from when I bought the jeans and they were all buy one get one half off not to mention the manager and sales associate were very rude. Ended up having to pay more then double what I should have.."
"Came in to return pants but I had already started the return process online. The manager came up to let me know that they wouldnt be able to do that. Although I couldnt get done what I needed, the entire staff was so nice and apologetic. Thank you for a pleasant experience!"
