"Very high shipping costs and delayed delivery. Ive had bad experiences with these people both when shipping things and ordering things. Item I ordered shipped through UPS and it didn't arrive to me until a week after the promised date. And not only that, but UPS told me twice that it was "out for delivery" when it actually wasn't, so you can't even trust the notifications. I wont use them to ship things anymore because the prices are crazy high and the process is invasive (they want to know every exact item in the box... no thanks.) With this service charging 3x the amount as the regular post office, you'd think they'd at the very least deliver your stuff on time."

"INSANE prices!! I knew it would be more than the regular post office, but I didn't know it would be 3x the amount. I was able to ship the exact same type of package at the post office PRIORITY shipping for $11. At UPS the standard, slower, shipping was $30!! Who would ever find that worth it? I have a small business and literally lost money on the sale became 100% of my profits went to these ridiculous shipping costs. NEVER returning!"
