"It sucks to see these bad reviews. Things just haven't been the same since covid anywhere, and I would have hoped people would be more understanding now. This location gets busier than you can imagine. They've always been relatively on-time to the best of their ability and I appreciate that. Solid food, good people. 10/10 and folks please, just be patient. I worked here a LONG time ago and I must say that even back then it would get insanely busy at random times. We used to joke that people all ordered at the exact same time, it's crazy."

"The food arrived an hour after the estimated time, with absolutely no contact about the delay. I had told call to find out the status. I only work a quarter mile from the Dominos. Some of the items had minimal toppings. Disappointed in many levels."

"Placed a delivery order through the website. Given a time estimate between 50 and 60 minutes, but almost 2 hours later the pizzas hadn’t made it to the oven. Called the call center and it was a 55 minute hold time. Decided just to drive down and see the people making the pizzas. They were EXTREMELY busy! Everyone still greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. Informed me that almost all orders were currently for delivery and with the bad weather, it was a 4 hour wait. Refunded my delivery order, place a carry out order in the lobby and had pizza 20 minutes later. Ronzel and crew were great but the automated system is trash and leaves customers wondering."

"Placed an order at 4:30pm with an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. Called the store at 5:30pm to ask what's up. Still on hold as of 6:30pm. Been "first in line" for 20+ minutes. Pizza tracker still says they're prepping my order. We already ate something different and just want to cancel our order now. This is absurd."

"Cannot believe how bad this store was with their time management. I'm told my pizza will be ready at a certain time. I arrive a little after that time to find out they haven't even started making this order, they tell me to pull in to their parking lot and they will bring it out to me... After waiting a good 30 or more minutes I finally get a message saying that my pizza is in the oven... 15 minutes later I'm still yet to get my pizza brought out to me. NEVER AGAIN."
