"So, Dominos is already kind of the last minute cheap pizza that's one step above Little Caesar's, but lately with the price increase on their deals you can get through the app, and the removal of complimentary Red Pepper (!), I would suggest you bring your business elsewhere. Maybe to a company that can afford to give you LESS THAN A GRAM of crushed Red Pepper. (for the record I've never had a problem with any of the service staff of this particular establishment.)"

"Waited three hours for three pizzas. Wouldn't even give us a discount/giftcard/refund. Please don't go to this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We called after an hour and was told we'd only have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Then was essentially told to screw ourselves when we called again (once that timeline was overdue). Order never even got started."

"I waited over an hour at home and when my app said that my pizza was ready I went to pick it up only to be told “20 more minutes”. Okay. Minor Inconvenience. So I wait in my car for 20 minutes. I go back to the window, and they say 20 more minutes. Again. Okay, I’m a little annoyed but I really wanted dominoes pizza so I wait another 20 minutes. Then they say “it just got put in the oven and it will be about 10 more minutes. Then the next time it was 7 more minutes. Again and again I wait and I wait some more only to be told this time “ it will be 30 more minutes, tops”. I walked in and got a refund and left. They had never even started my order the whole time. When I walked in, some of the employees were just standing around and talking, not doing anything at all."

"Good store with seating and kind staff. I went in during a busy time and they had gotten my order wrong. They were very apologetic, and made it right by crediting my account with enough points for a free pizza, and also gave me the cinnamon twists they accidentally made instead of the parmesan twists. Food has been good quality every time!"

"Just went into the West 11 store. And I will tell you that gauge and another tall guy. I forgot his name unfortunately very friendly. I actually got exactly what I wanted. The way I wanted and they were very friendly and talk to me and treating me like so Nicely, it was fine in entertaining to watch them. Cook which they were so good at. So management should really commend them for such a good job."
