"Actually had my first Tuesday afternoon flight! More traffic in front picking up and dropping off people but my driver didn't have to wait much to get pulled in and ended up right in front of my airline's counter! I pre-checked in but this afternoon had much less people and there was no waiting. I was offered a paper copy of my boarding passes which I appreciate! The security line had a sign for "Passengers" so I went that way since I was a passenger lol and found a group lined up at the pre-tsa line. I was confused but before I could say more someone was at the check in on my side and I was in and though security check before any of the other people in the line! Nice and smooth! The people who were working are wonderful! Everyone from the front counter until I got cozy in my seat watching the people outside loading my luggage (I did see my bag) was friendly and helpful as needed. It appeared like everyone was concentrating and good at their jobs. No worries as this plane took off."

"Oh my for the first time I can say that Eugene Airport was terrible. The people were parking waiting which caused others to stop and park in the middle lanes too. Some people were parking in the cross walk and didn't move even when reminded that it was illegal to park on the cross walk. The worst part was they had a security walking up and down but he did not tell the illegal parked car nor the cars blocking the drive thru lanes. I cannot see why Eugene's Airport cannot have a police officer walking up and ticketing cars illegally parked since they have a police car sitting at the end of the airport? Very unhappy with Eugene's airport pickup and drop off area."
