"A problem came up the afternoon before my early morning departure, so I called and reserved a ride. Then about a half hour later the problem was resolved. I called to cancel but they said the driver had "already been called" and I couldn't get a refund. I don't understand how a driver that is called for a trip that didn't exist a half hour before can't be called back and told never mind. No one was actually inconvenienced and no costs were incurred. I've used this service in the past, but I certainly won't use them again. I see that others have had problems. I wish I'd looked at these reviews before I called. I recommend finding some other way to go."

"The driver who picked us up was amazing, on time and friendly. Which is the reason I gave them a two. After traveling for 18 hours to get home, there was confusion about where to meet, the woman who answered the phone was curt and rude. We finally get to the van, it hadn't been started long enough that it wasn't until everything was loaded, the flat tire was noticed. To another van, then driver wonders if there is gas in that one, and calls another person. What a cluster. If I'd driven myself I would have spent the same for parking and would have been home an hour earlier."

"I have used Omni Shuttle numerous times in the past and since I live in a rural area I have always been grateful for their service. However, this last time was a horror. I specifically asked the person taking the reservation to not have the driver stop at my neighbors place asking for directions. I live in the country and have acreage and DO NOT WANT THE NEIGHBORS TO KNOW I WILL BE GONE. This had happened the time before and so I was very clear with my instructions. So, what happens? The driver drives right to my neighbor and announces that he is here to take me to the airport. I live up above and watched the driver go the neighbors so right off the bat I am screwed. Then the driver parks on my lawn rather than the driveway. Then he can't figure out which way he needs to turn to head to Eugene. He wants to turn East instead of West and wouldn't listen to me even tho I live there and know where the hell Eugene is. He then drove like a bat out of hell and could not stay within his lane, scaring me to death. I didn't think I would get to the airport alive and he assured me I wouldn't. I didn't know if that meant he was going to pull over and kill me or what. When we got to the airport he THREW my bags out to the curb and this was actually witnessed by one of the other drivers. I went right to the Omni kiosk and complained. They said I would be contacted by the manager. This was back the first of November. I have yet to hear from anyone. I will never use their service again. I am afraid to. If I can't get a personal ride from someone I will hire Oregon taxi. One more thing, When I made the reservation they gave me a pick-up time. Later they called and said they would have to come 30 minutes earlier to accommodate other pick-ups, but the driver actually arrived an additional 20 minutes earlier than that. On top of all the other horrors, I had to scramble and then worried that I had remembered to do everything I had to do to secure my property, etc."

"I had a pick up time of 3:15 am and when the driver did not arrive I called them and then had a family member drive me to Eugene. I could only leave a voice message about my missed pickup. I did get a call from the shuttle driver when I was on the road to Eugene airport and he apologized for confusing my flight time with my pickup time. They did issue me a refund for the exact amount. I really think that I should have been compensated for the inconvenience and having to wake a family member to drive me. Mistakes do happen but you better have a backup plan because no one is answering the phone in the wee hours of the morning."

"We were very happy with their service. We live in Springfield and they arrived on time. When we returned and checked in, the driver was waiting for us. It would have been a little better if he was parked out front, because one of us was using a cane, but really needed a wheel chair. Our fault we didn't specify that. Both drivers were excellent. I would recommend this to others."
