"You like ants? You like neighbors who harass and insult you because they think you don't belong? You like management who has your car towed for no reason? You like having to sue for your deposit back? You like living on a horrible highway that is called a road for some reason? You like not being able to hear birds over the sounds of constant traffic? You like overpriced tiny 1 bedrooms for the same price as a house elsewhere? If so, then this is the place for you."

"On two occasions when I had appliances break, my dryer when I first moved in and recently my hot water heater, they were replaced promptly in a day. The office staff and maintenance staff are great."

"I’ve lived here for 4 years now and it’s a pretty great complex, despite the typical cons of living in an apartment near a main road. There’s ample parking, lots of great spaces to walk your dogs, welcoming staff, prompt maintenance services, and it’s relatively quiet. The only downsides: there are the occasionally “neighbors from hell” that move in briefly (out of management’s hands, really), non-tenants using the dumpsters causing an OVERFLOW of garbage and rat problem, lower-floor units flood every year, and although my unit is pretty quiet, I have friends that live in a different unit with paper-thin walls; they can hear everything! Overall, I would recommend living here."

"The actual units are nice but the management is poor and the property has gone downhill. People come into the lot at night to steal from parked cars. There are loud violent neighbors who have the cops called on them multiple times a week but management won't do anything. There are tons of rats running around getting into the dumpsters. Our car gets tow notices despite being registered with the office. These units are super over priced considering the lack of safety and general ineffectiveness of management."

"Went to set up an apartment tour. I was the one calling and I was the potential client. I had my ID but my boyfriend didn’t have his. He lost his expired one and was waiting for his appointment at the dmv to get a new one. They didn’t make any exceptions to potential client and seemed rude staying only I could go tour and he couldn’t and would have to sit back. I get you have policy’s but you already loaded us up on the cart for the tour and then needed to see ID at the last minute. Clearly the policy isn’t that big of a deal and that is what upset me. I wouldn’t want to rent from management like that big turn off!"
